It is your responsibility to make sure that your operating equipment is compatible with the relevant software or video DVD before purchasing and that software purchased is functionally adequate for your needs. This is to help prevent software/video piracy. This policy does not apply to sealed items, specifically software, playing cards, and DVDsĮ xceptions: Software, DVD Videos & eBook/Video Downloadsīy law sealed software products and video DVDs may not be returned once they have been opened by the customer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods safely. The cost of both the outgoing and return postage must be met by the customer. We reserve the right to levy a 15% re-stocking fee (minimum £7.50) for returns which do not reach us in perfect condition.

Any such returned goods must be in perfect condition (including any packaging, instruction manuals etc.) and unused. You have 14 days following receipt of your order during which you may return goods. Please contact us in advance for advice on best procedure, as in certain circumstances we are able to send our courier to collect items. We will refund the cost of return postage using standard first or second class post. Goods received damaged or faulty may be returned for replacement or refund. In addition the DVD has a small but very exclusive book with the strongest GM games (ELO >= 2550) from the past 100 years (2.7 Mio positions) and StrongBook Games Database. Discover exciting and tricky new lines and practice them against Fritz. With the 2022 edition you get 3 Books: Fritz Powerbook, Strongbook and the CorrBook. The FritzPowerbook was derived also from the best 100,000 games from the Correspondence 2022 Database to enhance even more the theoretical value of moves given by the book. The Fritz Powerbook 2022 represents the state of the art of current openings theory.

The games from which the Fritz Powerbook 2022 were derived (except the Corr Games) are also included on the DVD or download version. Together with each position all relevant information is stored: all moves that were played in the position, by players of what average rating, with what success and performance results.
